For Immediate Release ACME BUSINESS CONSULTING ADDS OREGON’S FASTEST-GROWING PRIVATE 100 TO MOUNTING LIST OF AWARDS Inclusion marks the second consecutive year ACME has been named to the list, moving up 29 spots in 2007 to No. 18 Portland, Ore. - June 22, 2007 - At a reception last night sponsored by the Portland Business Journal, ACME Business Consulting was named 18th among Oregon’s Fastest Growing Private 100 Companies. This is ACME’s second year on the list, rocketing from #47 in 2006 up to #18 this year. “Many of the folks at ACME have called Oregon home for their entire lives, and we’re proud to be acknowledged as an important part of the business community here,” said David Kelleher, principal and co-founder of ACME. “Both the Fastest-Growing acknowledgement and SBA naming us 2007 Oregon Small Business People of the Year are great validation for the type of company we are building. We set out to prove that we could run a consulting business with world-class talent tackling complex business problems for global companies, right here in our own backyard. Five years into it, looks like we were right.” Each of the Fastest-Growing Private 100 Companies must be located in Oregon or Clark County, Washington, and be a privately held, independent, for-profit corporation, proprietorship or partnership. The company must also have had revenues of at least $500,000 in 2003 and have shown revenue growth over the past three years. ACME’s growth rate in 2006 was an astounding 205%. | |||
